Are your items all handmade?
All of my pottery pieces are 100% handmade in our small home studio. Some are wheel thrown and others are created from a rolled slab of clay, each piece has a natural handmade quality to it.
Do you take custom or customized orders?
I do not take custom orders at this time but possibly in the future.
Is your pottery food safe?
All of my pottery pieces are glazed using lead-free and food safe glazes which are then fired to Cone 5 (approx. 2,176 degrees Fahrenheit) or full maturation making them perfect for your food items.
Is your pottery microwave safe?
Yes you can use your pieces in the microwave. Please always use caution when removing.
Can I put my handmade pottery in the oven/dishwasher?
As with any fine handmade item, hand washing is recommended! However, I do know customers (myself included) that frequently place their pottery in dishwashers. Just be aware that dishwashers jostle and bang items around and the detergent is highly acidic which can wear the glossy finish of your piece over time. If using in an oven, place the room temperature piece of pottery in an unheated oven then turn on to desired temperature. Pottery pieces can crack from thermal shock, therefore should be heated and cooled slowly.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time Zulli Pottery is only shipping to the continental U.S.
When will my pottery ship?
Your pottery will be carefully packaged and shipped 3-5 days after purchase. I use primarily USPS Priority mail as it’s often the least expensive option. Shipping within the US is calculated automatically at checkout. Sometimes when there are multiple pieces ordered, the auto calculator over charges. If that is the case, I will refund you the difference when I pack and ship your order.
What is your refund/return policy?
SHIPPING GUARANTEE: I’m happy to replace items that were damaged in shipping with the following parameters:

1. Please email me at zullipottery@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your damaged order so I can initiate your replacement, refund, or store credit.

2. Take photos of the damaged item(s) as well as the box and packaging, and email them to me at zullipottery@gmail.com. (These will be needed to begin a USPS claim and I appreciate your help with this.)

3. A replacement, refund, or store credit will be granted only if the damage is documented and Zulli Pottery is contacted within 5 days of receipt of the damaged package
